You will quit smoking after reading this!

Friends, I am writing this title here because I am really confident in saying this. Well, we will understand first why we need to smoke regularly. The reasons are not difficult to understand and yes, am not kidding at all.

People get involved in smoking due to simple 3 reasons:
  • He or she has got someone in his/her home or office or workplace who smokes and that triggers or generates some hidden desire. Also, the person who is smoking is trying to convince you to have it for once only.    
  • You think it will manage your stress and will help you in getting calm or energetic so that you can work for a longer time.
  • You smoke only because you want to smoke and there is no reason and it's your habit 
My suggestion and simple questions arise here as:
  1. Do you think smoking can help you in getting fit and well each day you awake and walk on streets?
  2. Do you think your life will be adding by 1 day on each cigarette you smoke?
  3. Do you think you have got a beautiful family to take care of you?
  4. Do you think after you, your family can survive? You have a loving son, caring princess at your home and what are you offering them by smoking your life each day?
  5. Do you think you have enough wealth and you can spend on your lavish lifestyles by smoking and doing whatever you want? If yes, you have got your body only for once and you know very well that nothing is precious than a healthy physique and mental peace.
  6.  Lightning a cigarette is easy but  blowing out it as difficult as you think.
